Faculty Bargaining Community

Mobility of faculty between universities in Canada and internationally make the issue of compensation of faculty a concern of common interest for all universities.  The aim of Faculty Bargaining Services (FBS) is to assist universities in comparing collective agreements and academic policies that impact on the recruitment and retention of faculty, both full-time and part-time, teaching assistants and research assistants.   Additional resources and information is available on the FBS pages of the website.
