CAUBO Hotel Webpage Advertising
Fill your empty beds today by providing CAUBO members with timely information regarding your property and promotions. Advertising on the CAUBO hotel landing page is an exciting new communication vehicle that delivers your message prominently to CAUBO members as they are making decisions about which accommodations to book.
Your advertisement will appear simultaneously on both the French and English hotel landing pages on the CAUBO website. To view these pages now, please click on the links above. These pages had over 20 000 views in 2010. Your company’s ad would be seen by approximately 1700 viewers monthly.
Eligibility – Is your company eligible?
Companies who fall into one of the following categories have the exclusive opportunity to advertise on the hotel landing page of CAUBO’s website:
- Travel related vendors (car rentals and hotels) with whom CAUBO has current national agreements which have been negotiated by CAUBO’s National Procurement.
- Campus residences of member institutions (regular and affiliate).

Two exciting advertising opportunities:
Banner Ads
A banner ad on the CAUBO hotel landing page offers high visibility and is the ideal way to communicate time sensitive promotions:
- Ad includes company logo and up to 20 words
- Banner ads are sold in monthly increments (with a minimum of two months) at $750 per month.
- Banner ads may be unilingual or bilingual (at the discretion of the advertiser)
- Hyperlinks are encouraged
- There will be a maximum of 4 ads rotating per month from multiple suppliers
- Ad specifications: This banner ad is 500px wide by 120px high
- Format: ads must be submitted in JPEG format with a minimum 72 DPI.

Sidebar Ads
A side bar ad on the CAUBO hotel landing page is a great way to maintain brand presence on an on-going basis:
- Ad includes company logo and up to 10 words

Sidebar ads are sold on a quarterly basis for $1,200 per quarter or $4,400 for a full year (equivalent of one month free). You can choose from:
- January 1 – March 31
- April 1 – June 30
- July 1 – September 30
- October 1 – December 31
- Sidebar ads may be unilingual or bilingual (at the discretion of the advertiser)
- There will be a maximum of 6 ads rotating per quarter from multiple suppliers
- Hyperlinks are encouraged
- Ad specifications: This square pop-up ad is 180 px wide by 210px high
- Format: ads must be submitted in JPEG format with a minimum 72 DPI.
