Mandate

At a national level, the Procurement Committee promotes the exchange of best practices and knowledge in support of the strategic procurement function at Canadian post secondary institutions.

Through its activities, the Committee facilitates national and regional cooperation, communication and networking.

Responsibilities

  • Identification and the dissemination of best practices and information supporting the strategic value of procurement;
  • Coordinating and supporting national contracts;
  • Research and speak collectively on procurement related regulatory matters and issues.
