Important Information when Booking

Rates in effect 15 November 2011 to 31 March 2013
The company offers "University or College" members the "best available rate" when quoting the CAUBO Reservation numbers listed below.
"University" rates have been negotiated for the use of faculty, staff, and students (over 21 years of age) travelling for business purposes.
Be sure to quote BCD # A136100 for business rentals or BCD # A136190 for leisure rentals at time of reservation to take advantage of your preferred rates.
Rates listed on this site are the maximum
The "best available rate" means you will receive any special rate being offered if it is lower than the "University" rate listed here. This could prove to be as much as $10 less per day!
Rates do not include taxes, airport fees, environmental fees, parking, other surcharges, optional service fees, moving violation tickets, fuel and damages to vehicle.
Rates include Liability Insurance at the Provincial legislative minimum requirements in Canada and State legislative minimum requirements in the United States.
Some unlimited mileage exceptions and/or city surcharges may apply. Please be sure to check with the vendors for specific details

Weekly Rates will be computed at six (6) times the daily Rate. Monthly Rates will be computed at twenty-four (24) times the daily Rate. Grace period on rental returns is twenty-nine (29) minutes beyond the minimum twenty-four (24) hour rental day, after which an hourly charge will apply until this surcharge is equal to, or exceeds the daily Rate. One day rental surcharge of $3.00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Waived city surcharge for Toronto and Montreal. Best Rates access if available including promotional Rates that are lower than the Agreement Rates.
